 | Fit athletes, who run regularly and support, without problem, routes with more than 4 hours. They are able to handle climbs or descents totalling over 2000 metres positive. Athletes used to walking in areas with large slopes and where running is quite difficult. Their physical and overcoming capacity is excellent. They like to manage sessions with high effort loads but also to run long distances without the "pressure" of competition. They have a lot of experience running and walking the mountain. They run very technical courses with the aim of evolving more and more. They are able to go up and down narrow tracks with a very strong slope and need navigation skills. They do well on any terrain regardless of the floor conditions.
