Intermediate Level


Walks with accumulated difference that can go up to 1000 meters and mileage that can vary between 10 and 15km, lasting between 4 and 6 hours. The tracks covered already present some difficulties, namely routes with passage in more rocky terrain and requiring more attention.



For practitioners accustomed to running sessions between 15 and 25kms, with various rhythms and capable of making gaps between 500 and 1000 meters. Practitioners who do between two to four workouts per week, with good physical ability and familiar with the regular practice of Trail Running, doing well in any type of terrain. They manage to move up and down steep slopes and rails. Areas with poorly defined paths are no more than a challenge to test your skills.



For those who are accustomed to cycling sessions of road or mountain with distances between 40 and 80 kms, and with positive gradient between 500 and 1500 meters, traveled at variable pace. They can climb and descend, controlled, slopes and rails in poor condition. Areas with poorly defined paths are no more than a challenge to test your skills.
