ABOUT THE ACTIVITY

Activity: Trekking/Walking to Borrageiro

Approximate distance: 11 km

Altitude: The activity will have a cumulative elevation gain of approximately 1,300 metres. As the route is circular, the positive altitude gain (650 metres) will be equal to the negative altitude loss.

Estimated duration of the activity: 4 to 5 hours

Level of difficulty: Due to its length and elevation gain, this route is considered medium/high difficulty and is recommended for people with experience in mountain hiking or who are physically fit enough to comfortably complete the 11 km distance and 650 metres of elevation gain.

Minimum altitude: 870 metres

Maximum altitude: 1430 metres

Activity start time: 9:00 a.m.

Estimated end time: 2:00 p.m.

Departure and arrival point: Portela de Leonte (Gerês)

Coordinates: 

Minimum number of participants: 4 people

Maximum number of participants: 12 people

Minimum age: 14 years old

Prices:

- Adults: €15/person

- 14 to 17 years old: €12/person

The registration fee includes: Accompaniment by Adventours® staff, personal accident insurance and drinks (tea, coffee) during the main stop at the Borrageiro ridge.

Not included: anything not mentioned under ‘includes’.

To register, you must complete the registration form on our website www.adventours.pt or send an email to inscricoes@adventours.pt, which means that you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the activity.
