This series of tracks includes routes that have up to 1000 metres of positive slope and the total distance can vary between 15 and 25km.
Rails with some technical difficulty that can be covered in about 2 to 4 hours, advised for enthusiasts who fit the profile of beginners defined in "Levels of Difficulty".

Trail Adventure - From Currals to the Waterfall
| This route begins at Miradouro da Pedra Bela, a mirror of the fantastic beauty of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, located about 800 meters above sea level. This is one of Gerês most famous sites. The Holy Stone has always enchanted, telling the ancients that it was the divine hand that placed it here, like a play in a crib, perfect and imposing. With passages through the Cascades of the Rajada and the Arado, Aldeia Ermida, a mountain village with a strong pastoral tradition and the magnificent Padres of Tribela and Teixeira, this adventure trail activity intends to make known one of the most beautiful areas of the Peneda National Park -German, ideal for Trail Running and Fast Hiking. Trail Adventure of "Lajes"
| This trail running activity begins in the immediate vicinity of the Cascade of the Arado, one of the most beautiful waterfalls of the Peneda Gêres National Park, located at an altitude of 720 meters and the end point of a succession of waterfalls with crystalline waters which face, in perfect harmony, the hard granite rock, creating a limpid lake. A scenario that fascinates those who contemplate this phenomenon of nature. With passage through the summit of Borrageiro, one of the most known peaks of the Serra do Gerês, with its 1430 meters of altitude, by the Black Rock, one of the great granitic colossi of the Serra do Geres and the National Park, by the ridge of Arrocela, by the meadows Vale de Teixeira and Lomba do Vidoeiro, where we can see Pé de Cabril and Chalcedonia, this adventure trail activity aims to show you some of the most beautiful areas of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, ideal for Trail Running and of Fast Hiking. Trail Adventure of Pincães
| Beginning in the village of Fafião, known for its history linked to the Iberian wolf, this trail running adventure activity intends to make known this magnificent mountain area of the parish of Cabril, one of the oldest populated areas of the Peneda Gêres National Park and with strong connections to the Roman presence in the Iberian Peninsula. This activity will allow its participants to enjoy the magnificent landscapes located between the Fafião and Pincães rivers and their unique waterfalls. The passage through Pincães and the Conho river cascade are also points of interest in this activity, where the assiduous presence of the Garrano horse becomes an additional attraction.
